What you'll do:
Define and champion the vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative and engaging ad formats across the Snapchat ecosystem.
Proactively identify and prioritize novel opportunities to foster meaningful interactions between Snapchatters and advertisements.
Conceptualize and develop groundbreaking advertising experiences that not only delight our community but also deliver significant value for our advertising partners.
Synthesize robust quantitative and qualitative data into clear and actionable product requirements.
Establish and rigorously analyze key metrics to inform strategic product decisions and prioritization.
Collaborate closely with a talented cross-functional team of designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to uncover user behaviors, identify emerging trends, and unlock new avenues for growth.
Partner effectively with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Product Marketing to iteratively build, rigorously test, and successfully launch impactful products.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Proven experience guiding one or more internet products through the complete product lifecycle, from initial concept and requirements definition to successful launch and iteration.
Demonstrated ability to define a compelling vision, strategic direction, and actionable roadmap for a software product.
A strong understanding of and practical experience in designing, executing, and analyzing UI-centric A/B tests to drive product improvements.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
A minimum of 4 years of product management experience, or 7+ years of relevant experience within the online advertising technology landscape.
At least 2 years of experience in developing and launching consumer-facing mobile products.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Statistics or a related quantitative field.
Independent experience taking one or more advertising user experiences from initial ideation to successful launch.
A proactive and self-driven approach with a proven ability to initiate and drive projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight.
A passion for creating innovative products that meaningfully enhance how people live and communicate.
Direct experience working with various ad formats.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
The base salary range for this position is $173,000-$259,000 annually.
This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.
